Within the United States and to EU member countries.
When orders leave
Orders leave within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. We email you a tracking number when your order ships.
Shipping rates are shown at checkout when the catalog opens.
How vials travel
Every vial ships freeze-dried and sealed, labeled with its lot number and storage conditions. Freeze-dried peptides are stable in transit. On arrival, store unopened vials at 2 to 8 °C, away from light. Good habits at the bench covers the rest.
EU orders
Import VAT, duties and customs fees are set by the destination country and paid by the buyer, unless checkout shows them as included. You're responsible for making sure the products may be imported and used for research where you are.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund until it ships.
Returns
Unopened vials with the seal intact can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Reply to your order confirmation email to ask for a return. Please don't send anything back before we confirm.
- Ship the vials back with tracking. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
- We refund to the original payment method once the return arrives and we've checked the seals.
Opened vials can't be returned, because we can't confirm what happened to them after they left us. Damaged, wrong and defective items are the exception.
Damaged or wrong items
If a vial arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, tell us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the vial and its packaging. We replace it or refund it, and we cover the shipping.

All orders are for laboratory research use only. We may cancel any order that suggests otherwise, with a full refund.
